Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

1. "As-Is" Service: NETradeAssist provides AI voice automation services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Client acknowledges that Artificial Intelligence technology may occasionally provide incorrect information or experience technical downtime beyond our control.

2. No Consequential Damages: In no event shall NETradeAssist or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of business reputation, or physical property damage (such as water damage or fire) resulting from the use or inability to use the AI service.

3. Professional Responsibility: The Client (The Business Owner) remains solely responsible for the final execution of all trades, emergency repairs, and customer interactions. The AI is a lead-intake and triage tool only, not a substitute for professional licensed trade expertise.

4. Cap on Liability: NETradeAssist's total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to NETradeAssist during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms:

Age Limit: You must be 18+ to use our SMS services.

Fees: We do not charge for our SMS service, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Liability: Neither NETradeAssist nor the wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are liable for delayed or failed delivery of messages.
